Qualification :

Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent Graduate / PG / MSc.IT / BSc.IT

Optional Certificate :

Certification in SQL Server. Certification in Advanced Java.MBA

Mandatory Skill Set :

Spoken English , MS - Office, SQL Server 2K8,2K12, 2K14

Optional Skill Set :

Basic knowledge of Java, Javascript, HTML, CSS Information on: Servers, FTP Servers

Experience:

Fresher or 6 Months

Skills :
  1. 6 months of Technical Support experience
  2. Should have worked in Software Products company –technical team
  3. Good written and communication skills
  4. Preferred mode of communication –English, Marathi & Hindi
  5. Knowledge in Database management concepts a must –preferred MS SQL Server 2008
  6. Should be able to write, construct and execute SQL queries
  7. Should have knowledge in HTML and CSS

Job Description:
  1. First level communication with clients & attend client calls
  2. Report to Technical Support Manager
  3. Log issues and provide timely inputs on status of issues to clients
  4. Resolve LMS & DB issues on LMS
  5. Should be tech savvy and provide timely and accurate technical solutions to queries raised on LMS
  6. Adhere to defined SLA’s
  7. Will be working on rotational shift
