Designation: Associate System Administrator

Experience: 0.6 to 1 Years

Education: B.E/ Degree or Diploma in Computer Programming, CompTIA A+ Certification or equivalent

Skills Required :

• Installation of applications (Windows OS, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS Teams, Adobe CC, Antivirus, etc.).
• Installation and Troubleshooting of Laptop/Computer peripherals (Battery, SSD, Screen, Keyboard, etc.).
• Address user issues regarding hardware, software and networking.
• Voice, Remote Support. Guide users with simple, step-by-step instructions.
• Good written and oral communication skills - English, Hindi, Marathi.
• Work in Hybrid work environment, Availability for off-hour support.
• Key strengths for this role would be motivated, keen to learn, strong customer service and technical problem-solving skills, someone who embraces challenges.
