Experience: 4-6 years of experience in Business Analysis / Presales of web-based enterprise level software, preferably in Training / HR domain
Education: Any Graduate Degree or Diploma in Computer Programming
Roles and Responsibilities:

  •  To conduct in-depth analysis and formulate a scope as per Client requirement and evaluation of Business processes, systems and industry standards
  • Requirement Gathering using various elicitation techniques, gap analysis, prioritize requirements, and create wireframes as required
  •  Keep clear communication with Client and internal Development and QA teams through calls and emails
  • Discuss requirement with Technical team for feasibility, efforts and timelines, and convey the same to the project management team
  • Work closely with Design team to built the best user experience using the on-going trends
  • Experience in Agile methodologies and Create and facilitate Sprint plan for implementation
  •  Conduct update meetings, follow ups and maintain a continuous discussion bridge with all the intended team members
  •  Work closely with Sales, Support and Project Management teams to handle client issues and requirements
  •  Keep constant market research to understand growing features, changing e-learning standards, and identify improvements for system
  •  Quick learner, strong analytical and problem solving skills and fluency in communication
  •  Strong understanding and Experience with UML
  •  Understands and is experienced in generating the appropriate documentation for technical team for estimation as well as for production implementation management
  •  Good analytical skills, Good understanding of web-based systems, excellent command over written and spoken English
  •  Experience in HR/Training/Performance Management/LMS domain is an advantage
