- SAAS sales experience
- Should have 2/3 years of experience in inside sales/ /business development activities preferable in learning domain/SAAS product sales.
- Should work closely with sales team to identify the right prospect.
- Must have handled Enterprise accounts.
- Sourcing new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls and emails.
- High level understanding customer needs and requirements.
- Routing qualified leads/opportunities to the appropriate sales person for further development and closure.
- Candidate from learning domain and/or SAAS product sales would be an advantage.
- Should be able to identify business opportunities by monitoring competitive activities.
- Should be able to demonstrate the LMS as a first level call to engage the prospect and capture their business needs.
- Should have a consultative sales approach to engage the prospect.
- Should co-own (along with sales person) the responsibility of lead quality and no of required leads/calls in a week.
