  1. Attending client calls for first level communication with clients -.
  2. Reporting to the Technical Support Manager.
  3. Logging issues and provides timely inputs on status of issues to clients.
  4. Resolving LMS & DB issues on LMS.
  5. Adhering to the defined SLAs.
  6. Should be tech savvy and provides timely and accurate technical solutions to queries raised on LMS.
  7. Should be able to work in a rotational shift.

  6. B2B Enterprise SaaS Software/Learning Management System sales would be an added advantage
Job Description:
  1. Analysis of clients' requirements, specifications, obtaining suitable solutions and outlining commercial implications and cost analysis.
  2. Handling responses for RFP, RFI and RFQ for new business queries. Submitting quotations against RFP received from the client and carrying on the negotiation process till the signing of the contract between the parties.
  3. High level interactions with clients during the project life cycle to enhance delivery for repeat & new business.
  4. Regularly monitoring and managing the update of information related to leads, contacts, accounts and account hierarchies in order to maintain clean and appropriately structured database records.
  5. Ability to create develops, enhance, and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the given target and customer segment(s).
  6. Making client presentations of company's products and services.
  7. Planning and executing campaigns.
  8. Working towards a Sales target for the fiscal year, broken down into quarterly targets.
  9. Working closely with Marketing for lead generation and other marketing activities.
